Duties:

1. Prepare financial reports, establish financial budgets, make predictions, and analyze differences for senior management

2. Responsible for handling tax affairs and related claim work

3. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, compile the financial reports of the Asia region company and the group company, and ensure that the monthly, quarterly and annual reports are accurate and timely.

4. Assist the auditor in completing the annual audit of Asia Company and Group Company

5. Maintain the internal control system

6. Complete the conversion of the company's accounting system to the ERP system

7. Maintain good relations with investors and stakeholders, especially in handling outward direct investment (ODI) and investment-related matters.

8. Assist in the company valuation process and provide relevant information to potential investors.

9. Collaborate with the group on the implementation and execution of the IPO plan, including preparing necessary documents, valuation and other related matters with third parties.

10. Supervise the financial team and provide guidance on their daily work.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by the upper management layer.

Qualifications:

1. Have more than 10 years of financial work experience, of which at least 5 years are financial manager work experience.

2. Candidates with manufacturing, listed company or semiconductor industry work experience are preferred.

3. Possession of a registered accountant (CPA) or similar professional qualification is preferred.

4. Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP software.

5. In-depth understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws and regulations.

6. In-depth understanding of the latest accounting standards, auditing, tax planning and internal control risk management.

8. Have a high sense of responsibility, diligence, honesty, and integrity, adaptability, and learning ability, and be full of enthusiasm and dedication to your work.

9. Proficient in English and Mandarin.

10. Accept business trips.
