Job Description: Chinese chef
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cooking various Chinese dishes, ensuring that the dishes are colorful, fragrant and delicious, and meeting customer needs.
2. Based on the restaurant's specialty, develop new dishes and improve existing menus to enhance customers' dining experiences.
3. Ensure the kitchen work area is clean and hygienic, following food safety standards and operating procedures.
4. Control food costs, use ingredients wisely, reduce waste, and increase restaurant profit margins.
Requirements:
1. Have at least three years of Chinese cooking experience, familiar with traditional and modern Chinese cuisines.
2. Have good knife skills and control of heat, able to independently complete the preparation of complex dishes.
3. Familiar with food safety regulations, those with food hygiene-related certificates are given priority.
4. Have a team spirit, be able to effectively communicate and collaborate in a high-pressure environment.
