Our core services include personalized aging and health assessments, risk assessment and prediction of age-related diseases through Al-driven multi-omics analysis, and innovative prevention and intervention measures.
The RoleAs a Software Engineer, you’ll architect and implement the core automation pipeline for our AI SaaS platform "Longevity.Omics," translating complex AI-derived omics analytics into clinically actionable PDF reports. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate the development of our end-to-end SaaS platform—spanning front-end, back-end, databases, and AI deployment—to revolutionize data-driven longevity healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:-Automated Reporting Pipeline: Design, build, and maintain a scalable pipeline for dynamic clinical PDF report generation using structured omics data (genetic/epigenetic) and templated designs.
- Template Integration: Implement responsive report templates matching clinical standards, ensuring seamless integration with Python-based analytics outputs.
- Platform Development: Enhance full-stack features (UI, APIs, databases) for data ingestion, user management, and visualization alongside the product team.
- AI Deployment Support: Collaborate on deploying AI models and optimizing bioinformatics workflows (Python/R) into production systems.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure robust testing, security, and regulatory alignment for medical report outputs.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative/computational field.
Programming & Backend: Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing.
Platform Development: Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS, REST APIs, SQL databases) and collaborative software development practices.
Core Technical Skill: Proven experience in building automated PDF reports (using tools like WeasyPrint, ReportLab, or similar) from structured data inputs.
Domain Awareness: Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn clinical/medical data formats and biological data concepts (genomics, epigenetics).
