Job Overview: This position will be responsible for the full management of the production planning department, operational planning and budget control, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of production planning, and being ultimately responsible for achieving the department's key performance indicators (KPIs). You will manage a team of 11 people, and the ideal candidate should be an experienced, results-oriented manager, familiar with harness production processes, and skilled in team building and problem prevention.

Main responsibilities:

• Team building and talent development:
  • Responsible for team building, talent recruitment, training and development of our department (11-person team), and establishing an efficient and collaborative team.
  • Develop subordinate employees and enhance the overall skills and performance of the team.
• Strategic planning and resource management:
  • Responsible for formulating and managing the annual production plan and resource budget for the Guangdong and Guangxi regions, ensuring effective resource allocation. o Supervise budget execution, and implement cost control.
• Production planning and standardization:
  • Lead the daily affairs of the planning room, establish and optimize standardized operating procedures (SOP), and improve work efficiency. General o Ensure that production plans are reasonable and accurate, and can meet customer delivery dates.
• Executive supervision and process control:
  • Check and supervise subordinates on the implementation of various work standards and plans, ensure that tasks are completed.
  • Good at early planning, proactive identification and prevention of potential problems, ensuring smooth production.
• Performance Management:
  • Responsible for the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the planned course, continuously analyze data and drive improvement.
  • Implement the "daily tasks completed, daily summary" work principle to ensure daily goals are achieved. Job Requirements: • Personal traits:

• Experience and skills:
  • Have two years or more of management experience at the department head level or above in the same industry (wire harness manufacturing is preferred).
  • Have strong planning, organization and execution skills, and be able to effectively push forward the implementation of projects and plans.
  • Excellent team leadership and personnel management skills, able to motivate and lead the team to achieve its goals.
• Working hours:
