<p>Position Title: Part Time Call Center Supervisor (HKD 85 per hour)<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Handle incoming calls to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.<br>2. Proactively contact premium members via telephone for routine confirmations and updates as assigned by management.<br>3. Perform additional administrative duties or simple tasks delegated by supervisors to support daily operations.<br>4. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers and update relevant databases accordingly.<br>5. Contribute towards improving call center processes through feedback and suggestions based on experience.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Educational attainment at least up to Form 7 or Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) level.<br>2. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills both verbal and written.<br>3. Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to long-term employment.<br>4. Exhibits proactive attitude, humility, and positive approach towards continuous learning within the role.<br>5. Previous experience working in a customer service hotline environment is mandatory.<br><br>Working Location: Central</p><p>Hourly Rate: HKD 85 per hour</p><p>Working Hours: 9 hours per day with 1 hour paid meal allowance</p>
