Job Description
- Mainly teaching kindergarten to primary school children's thinking Chinese certificate course, there is homework, but it is necessary to join games to make children learn more happily.
- Responsible for planning and implementing teaching activities that are appropriate for children's developmental stages, including language, cognition, social skills, emotions, physical fitness, and the arts, to promote children's comprehensive and balanced development.
- Continuously observe, record and evaluate each child's learning performance and growth process, write a simple development report and regularly communicate and interact with parents.
- Holding a Hong Kong Education Bureau-recognized early childhood education certificate (such as: Early Childhood Education Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification), and registered as a licensed early childhood teacher.
- Have at least two years of practical teaching experience in local kindergartens/early childhood education centers, familiar with the local curriculum framework and evaluation methods, and able to independently lead a class and handle daily teaching affairs.
- Have good Cantonese communication skills, able to interact with simple teaching in Mandarin and basic English.
- Patience, empathy, and responsibility, able to respect individual differences, care about children's physical and mental needs, and show collaborative spirit and professional reflection attitude.
- No criminal record, good health, and able to cooperate with school arrangements for training, meetings, and occasional extracurricular activities support.
