Job Description
- Responsible for the production and quality control of high-end cakes, baked cookies and beverages, etc. Ensure that the products meet the brand's high-end aesthetics and flavor standards.
- Independently complete cake frosting (smoothing the cake), decoration, modeling design and detail processing, with stable hand skills and aesthetic judgment.
- Execute daily production tasks according to the shift schedule, including raw material preparation, baking, cooling, assembly, packaging and display, with emphasis on sanitation standards and work process efficiency.
- Comply with weekend and holiday business needs (especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), flexibly support early shift (8 a.m. start) and 5.5-day work schedule.
- Collaborate with the team on new product testing, recipe adjustments, and inventory management, and provide work photos as required for internal evaluation and brand promotion.
- Have at least 1 year or more of practical experience in a high-end bakery, cake studio or dining environment, those with a complete cake-making resume are preferred.
- Able to communicate in basic English, understand food label, equipment instructions and simple work instructions, and those with the ability to read English recipes are preferred.
- Pay attention to details and quality consistency, strong sense of responsibility and time awareness, and able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and weekend peak work pressure.
- Valid Hong Kong identity card, can be immediately employed; part-time applicants must clearly indicate the fixed time and cycle frequency they can commit to.
- Monthly salary of HKD$16,000–$18,000, determined by experience and ability, with quarterly performance-based salary adjustments for outstanding performance.
- Working location is in Kowloon Bay (near Deaf Plaza), with convenient transportation, near the MTR station and several bus routes.
- Provide practical on-the-job training, covering new flavor development, seasonal limited series production, and brand visual presentation skills.
