Job Description

Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet branch service goals

Job Requirements:
HKCEE / DSE (full pass) or other relevant qualification
Minimum 1 years’ experience in retail banking / Customer Service with different industries
Good customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua (good in Putonghua and English is preferred)
Requirements:
Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination / DSE (Full Subject Qualified) or other relevant qualifications.
At least one year of retail banking experience or customer service experience in a different industry
Have good customer service orientation, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Have strong self-motivation, and be able to work independently.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (with preference for those who are fluent in both English and Mandarin)
