Job Responsibilities
Actively achieve the financial indicators set by the bank (such as loan disbursement amount, customer growth rate, income contribution, etc.) and non-financial indicators (such as customer satisfaction, digital process usage rate, risk compliance performance, etc.) ;
Actively expand and manage a high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise loan portfolio, focus on credit approval quality and risk control, and ensure healthy and stable assets;
Provide professional, efficient, and empathetic small and medium-sized enterprise banking services, quickly respond to customer needs, and enhance customer experience and long-term loyalty.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in small and medium-sized enterprise services, B2B sales or customer development (hunting), those with banking, financial institutions or FinTech platform-related backgrounds are preferred;
Familiar with small and medium-sized enterprise bank products and service ecology, with basic credit evaluation concepts, and those who understand the SFGS operation mechanism will be given priority;
Highly enthusiastic about fintech and digital banking development, able to embrace innovative tools to enhance service efficiency and customer reach;
Adapt to the fast-paced and high autonomy of the startup team culture, with a "Can-do" spirit, goal-oriented thinking, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
Fluent Cantonese is essential for daily communication, able to handle written and oral business communication in English, and those who are good at Mandarin are an added bonus;
