Job Description
[Job Responsibilities]
Have a preliminary communication with the candidate, introduce the team's project background and development advantages, and efficiently invite them to participate in online/offline interviews;
Assist in organizing candidate basic information, coordinate with the team to arrange interviews, and follow up on the progress of subsequent contract signing and project entry;
Collect market feedback and actively cooperate with the team to optimize communication tactics and expand channels.
