Working location is not fixed, it will be adjusted according to the opening of a new store or other circumstances

Responsibilities:

3. Service and sales empowerment: Design and implement service and sales training (peak period communication, package/buy-more recommendations, member conversion, negative review recovery, etc.), promote standardized scripts and service actions in stores.

4. Trainer system and coaching implementation: Establish a store trainer mechanism, cultivate store managers/bones to become internal instructors; provide on-site counseling, retraining, and execution correction for new store openings, store renovations, and personnel changes.

5. Effect evaluation and dataization: Establish training evaluation indicators and review mechanisms, track online certification pass rate, customer complaints/dissatisfaction, member conversion, repurchase, and employee retention, etc., and form a continuous improvement closed loop.

Requirements:

1.8 years of adult / corporate training experience, able to independently complete course design, training implementation, evaluation and landing.

2. Have systematized training capabilities: goal decomposition, scenario-based practice, behavioral evaluation, retraining mechanism, and certification system design.

3. Have good communication and coordination and on-site promotion skills, and be able to accept cross-store work and on-site counseling (including busy period cooperation).

4. Good writing in Chinese and English; those who can communicate with the store team in Cantonese are preferred (because of the need for high-frequency on-site collaboration and coaching).

5. Have sales team training/sales pitch training experience (insurance/finance/e-commerce/call center/store services, etc.) is preferred; those with training camp/apprenticeship/store trainer system construction experience are preferred.
