Educational qualifications and professional requirements
Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Management, etc. related professional
Duties include:
2. Conduct safety, quality, and progress inspections on site, compile inspection records, and feed back inspection information to higher-ups.
3. Actively solve problems found during on-site inspections and report the problems and solutions found on-site to higher-ups in a timely manner;
4. Implement design and regulatory requirements on site to ensure construction is in accordance with design and local regulations;
6. Communicate with design consultants, measurement consultants and other units, and assist the upper level in managing consulting units.
7. Compile the relevant engineering management information to meet the site management requirements.
8. Assist the company in on-site cost management and provide counter-claim-related evidence.
Experience requirements
5 years or more of relevant work experience.
Other requirements
1. Have both architectural and structural professional drawing and site management skills;
2. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with good expression and communication skills;
3. Have experience in on-site management of data centers/commercial buildings/residential/industrial projects;
4. Proficient in office office software, familiar with CAD software, with basic CAD drawing ability;
5. Have strong sense of responsibility and ambition.
