Job Description
Main responsibilities:
According to the design drawing and process requirements, independently complete the paper pattern making and modification of various categories.
Participate in pattern fitting review, adjust the pattern accurately based on fitting feedback to ensure that the wearing effect is consistent with the design.
Communicate with designers, producers, and pattern makers to solve craft and structural problems in the sample garment production process.
Provide grading specifications table, cutting layout, and process order, etc. technical documents.
Ensure that the paper pattern and process standards meet the requirements of mass production, and assist in following up on pre-production sample approval.
Cooperate with technical supervisors and external contractors to implement technical standards and reduce the risk of large-scale production.
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of pattern libraries, specifications, and technical data digital archiving.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of pattern and process standardization.
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the patterns and technical documents completed by oneself.
Assist the supervisor to improve team efficiency, participate in internal technical training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Fashion design, clothing engineering, etc. related professional, secondary school education or above.
10 years of experience in clothing pattern making, with experience in male and female formal suits, jackets and pants.
Proficient in ET computer pattern-making system, able to independently complete pattern-making, grading, and material allocation.
Familiar with garment production process and sample making standards, with large-scale production experience, and familiar with mass production process risk control.
Familiar with market trends and competitive brand models and craft characteristics, able to combine industry standards for technical optimization.
Proficient in basic office software (Word / Excel), with Chinese reading and writing abilities as well as Chinese character computer input.
Hard-working and meticulous, logical and clear, with high requirements for pattern and craft quality.
Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to smoothly collaborate with design, production, QC and other departments.
Preference will be given to those who understand Mandarin and Cantonese.
