Job Description
- Coordinate the full life cycle of a dining project, including preparation, opening, and daily management;
- Responsible for food safety compliance management, implementing relevant regulations and internal standards;
- Lead team training and capacity building, with teaching experience or team empowerment practice as a priority;
- Working location: Hong Kong (regional level); full-time, normal office hours.
