<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1.⁠ ⁠Be a member in accounting engagements, responsible for the planning of audit work;</p><p>2.⁠ Support to management for particular investments, IPO, M&A and restructuring;</p><p>3. Provide support to the listed company;</p><p>3.⁠ ⁠Involve in other types of engagements/tasks if necessary</p><p></p><p>Job requirements:</p><p>1.⁠ 2 years or above accounting and auditing experience preferable</p><p>2.⁠ ⁠Higher diploma graduates in accountancy or above</p><p>3.⁠ ⁠Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese</p><p>4.⁠ ⁠Proven initiative and hardworking</p><p>5.⁠ ⁠Good PC knowledge in MS Office</p><p>6.⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and able to work independently</p><p>7. Familiarize with accounting software such as Quickbook, MYOB, Xero, etc</p><p>7.⁠ ⁠Salary is negotiable based on qualification and experience</p><p>8.⁠ ⁠Immediately available is preferred</p>
