We are looking for an experienced tutor.

Casper is an online, scenario-based test that assesses key personal and professional qualities for a teaching career.

Job Title: Casper Test Part-time Tutor

Job Responsibilities:

For Casper's online situational test, provide one-to-one or small group tutoring courses for candidates who aspire to enter the education field, helping students understand question type structures, improve situational judgment and communication and expression skills.
Based on Casper's official evaluation criteria (such as cooperation, empathy, ethical judgment, problem-solving, etc. core dimensions), design targeted practice questions, simulated tests, and real-time feedback mechanisms.
Regularly grade students’ written responses and video answer content, provide specific and actionable improvement suggestions, strengthen logical organization, language accuracy, and professional value display.
Assist students in building personalized test-taking strategies, covering time management, stress adjustment, cross-cultural situational interpretation, and common issues in educational ethics (such as fairness, confidentiality, and teacher-student boundaries) critical thinking training.
Continuously update teaching materials, synchronize the latest Casper test questions and the evaluation tendency change of admission institutions (such as faculty development centers and education colleges), and ensure that course content is practical and forward-looking.

Requirements:

Able to use video teaching platforms (such as Zoom) fluently and willing to teach in a classroom in Tsim Sha Tsui or other Kowloon districts.
