Job Responsibilities

Utilize AI intelligent analysis system, in-depth evaluation of customers’ existing MPF (Employee’s Mandatory Provident Fund) investment portfolio structure, risk distribution and long-term performance, and identify optimization potential points

Based on the precise target customer list provided by the company, actively contact and conduct EMPF integration solution consulting, providing customized retirement asset reallocation advice

Design a long-term retirement financial plan for customers with continuity and adaptability, covering asset allocation, risk management, contribution optimization, and cross-plan integration strategy

Through the system's automatic reminder mechanism, we regularly track changes in customer assets, market conditions, and policy updates, and promptly trigger rebalancing or upgrading service opportunities

Sustained business operations and deepening customer relationships, building a foundation of trust, driving long-term service stickiness and referral effects, and supporting the steady growth of the consulting role

Work requirements

Have basic knowledge and development enthusiasm for financial planning, retirement security, and asset management, and be willing to deeply understand the Hong Kong MPF system and EMPF practical operations

Open to AI-driven data-based sales mode, quickly master the operation logic and business application scenarios of AI analysis tools

Have proactive attack action, clear goal awareness and high sense of responsibility, be able to independently plan progress and implement customer follow-up process

Excellent communication and expression skills with empathy, able to explain complex financial concepts and strategic value to customers in a professional and easy-to-understand way

Welcome fresh graduates, those with a financial background, or those who are interested in transitioning to the professional asset management consulting field; no experience is required, but you must have learning resilience and service-oriented thinking
