• Assist the professor in planning and executing course teaching activities, including classroom coordination, supplementary classes and academic seminars, preparation and on-site support.

• Responsible for grading and providing feedback on students' assignments, tests, and reports, ensuring consistent scoring standards and constructive guidance.

• Lead laboratory or practical sessions, ensure safety and teaching objectives are met, and answer students’ technical questions in a timely manner.

• Host a weekly fixed office hour (Office Hours), provide one-to-one or group form academic counseling and academic advice to students.

• According to the needs of the department, participate in teaching-related administrative affairs, such as learning platform content update, teaching materials sorting and mid-term/semester-end exam support.

Work requirements

• Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly explain academic concepts and effectively respond to student questions; those with good Mandarin and English skills are especially good.

• Able to independently plan time and simultaneously handle multiple teaching support tasks, with basic word processing and online teaching platform operation skills (such as Moodle, Zoom, etc.).

• No academic qualifications and work experience restrictions, welcome fresh graduates, on-the-job upgraders and cross-disciplinary job seekers to apply; those with relevant academic background or teaching assistant experience will be given priority.
