<p><strong>Our Client, Our Client, a well-established Law Firm in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Business Development & Marketing Coordinator.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Help the Business Development & Marketing Team in Hong Kong by preparing proposals, researching clients, and supporting marketing activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective communication within the team and across different offices.</p></li><li><p>Research clients and industries to find new opportunities for business growth.</p></li><li><p>Learn about the firm's key products and industries to support business development efforts</p></li><li><p>Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.</p></li><li><p>Use the firm's client management system for targeted marketing.</p></li><li><p>Create content for various areas and assist in organizing events.<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Preferably a degree in business or related fields.</p></li><li><p>At least 3 years of similar experience.</p></li><li><p>Good written and spoken English skills.</p></li><li><p>Mandarin skills are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.</p></li><li><p>Strong time management and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in event planning is desirable.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with virtual event platforms.</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li></ul>
