Job Description
Duties:
1. Build and lead the asset management department's institutional sales and wealth management team;
2. Establish and maintain good relationships with various family offices, Hong Kong-listed companies, high net worth clients and third-party wealth management institutions, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
3. Responsible for organizing product promotion, roadshows, online sales, and continuous marketing through sales channels, maintaining good relations with channels, etc.;
4. Promote the development of institutional sales and wealth management business of the asset management department, and achieve rapid growth in asset management scale.
Requirements:
1. Have 5 to 10 years of institutional sales and wealth management work experience, with good leadership and team management skills;
2. Have extensive resources of family offices, Hong Kong-listed companies, high net worth clients and third-party wealth management institutions, and be able to continuously expand new customer resources;
3. Have excellent communication skills and team spirit, be able to effectively collaborate with team members and motivate the team to achieve performance goals;
4. Have rich industry experience and market insight, and be able to accurately grasp market dynamics
