Currently, it manages over 1,700 properties, including residential, hotels and serviced apartments, shopping malls, commercial buildings, industrial and trade buildings, recreational facilities, government and school facilities, etc., forming the largest community in Hong Kong, widely trusted by all walks of life. In recent years, Kowloon Industry has been keen to expand its property management services to the Chinese mainland, and to provide quality property management services to New World Development's mainland residential properties, including "Yi Cui Garden" in Zhongshan, "Yu Hua Garden" in Huadu, Guangzhou, and "Lungui" in Dongguan. Hong Yip Service Limited ("Hong Yip" or "Company") (Property Management Company Licence No.: C-619311), established in 1967, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited ("Sun Hung Kai Properties" or "SHKP"). It is one of the foremost specialist property and facility management companies in Hong Kong. Currently Hong Yip is managing over 1,700 building blocks, including residences, hotels and serviced apartments, shopping malls, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, recreational facilities, as well as government and institutional facilities, forming a large community network in Hong Kong and earning the trust from the market.
