About the Role

Join our team as a DevOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in architecting, securing, and scaling our cloud-native platform. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies to build resilient systems, automate everything, and drive a true DevOps culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, manage, and optimize our Kubernetes/OpenShift container platforms for reliability and scale.

• Build and maintain robust, secure CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins/GitLab/ArgoCD) enabling advanced deployment strategies (canary, blue-green) and rapid rollbacks.

• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for consistent, automated deployments across environments.

• Design and own observability stacks (Prometheus, ELK) for comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and actionable insights.

• Champion platform security through proactive vulnerability management, patching, and adherence to security best practices.

• Partner with development teams to streamline integrations, enhance deployment processes, and foster a culture of shared ownership.

• Lead incident response, conduct thorough RCAs, and implement preventive measures.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role with a deep focus on cloud-native technologies.

• Must-have: Strong, hands-on production experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes ecosystem.

• Proven expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.

• Skilled in infrastructure as code (Terraform) and configuration management.

• Proficient in scripting with Bash or Python for automation.

• Solid understanding of networking, NGINX, and infrastructure (Linux, virtualization KVM/Hyper-V, databases PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• A security-minded professional with a focus on platform availability, performance, and scalability.

• An excellent communicator and collaborator, fluent in English and Chinese.

• Willing to participate in on-call rotations and handle production incidents.
