Hobe Laboratories Group

Duties:

1. Assist the Hong Kong branch manager in coordinating and handling daily administrative and operational affairs, including file management, itinerary planning, email processing, and cross-departmental coordination, etc.

2. Assist in market business support and market promotion planning.

3. Responsible for full support of the meeting, covering pre-meeting agenda preparation, data integration, on-site reception, meeting minutes writing and follow-up item tracking.

4. Comply with the company's compliance requirements, assist in the sorting and archiving of business-related documents to ensure that administrative operations comply with internal processes and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a permanent Hong Kong residency.

2. Hold a recognized university bachelor's degree, with 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant or business support related work experience, and be familiar with office software (Excel, Word, PPT).

3. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to communicate fluently in three languages, both in writing and orally, with good business letter and meeting minutes writing skills.

4. Have a high level of service awareness and proactivity, be good at handling multiple tasks and time management, and be able to maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

3. Accept short-term business trips and occasional overtime due to business needs.
