Middle-Office & Compliance Analyst

This role supports the operational, documentation, compliance, and external coordination functions of a modern single-family office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track investment workflows, including capital calls, distributions, subscription documents, redemption notices, and investor communications.

• Coordinate with private banks, brokers, fund administrators, and external managers on payment instructions, fund transfers, settlements, and operational requirements.

• Manage KYC, AML, onboarding, and periodic review requests from banks, brokers, fund managers, administrators, and other counterparties.

• Maintain a structured digital repository for legal documents, corporate records, board resolutions, facility letters, contracts, statements, and transaction proofs.

• Compile and route bank statements, trade records, portfolio data, and capital account statements for NAV reporting, management accounts, tax preparation, and compliance work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Big 4 audit, fund administration, private banking middle office, corporate services, compliance, accounting, or investment operations.

• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes, fund operations, alternative investments, corporate structures, SPVs, offshore entities, or private banking operations is preferred.

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and professional business English.

• High attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a lean professional environment.
