Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing general property and building maintenance and repair work such as cleaning, painting, carpentry and masonry work
- Assist supervision and coordinate with contractors on the maintenance and repair of building equipment systems and properties.
- Process emergency facilities follow-up work
- Need to work closely with each team member to assist the team in carrying out work instructions.
Requirements:
-Second 3 or above, holding relevant electrical and mechanical / plumbing license is preferred
-Must hold a safety card
-2 years or above in the industry of house equipment/facility maintenance
-Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese and simple English writing
