To support the development of the retail industry in the new era, United Publishing (Group) Co., Ltd. has established United New Retail (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. on the basis of the retail business of Sanlian Bookstore, Chinese Bookstore, and Commercial Press in Hong Kong, and operates a bookstore network and online platform spread throughout the city. The United New Retail team, with its enthusiasm for culture, is dedicated to making reading a daily habit for everyone, selecting high-quality books, stationery, creative products, and educational products from local and around the world, while integrating multicultural activities and experiences to lead readers into a beautiful reading space.

SUP Retail operates both physical bookstore chain and online retail platform in Hong Kong. With the passion to promote culture, SUP Retail team is dedicated to making reading a lifestyle for everyone. By sourcing and selecting a good collection of books, stationeries, creative cultural and educational products, as well as providing multicultural activities and experiences, SUP Retail creates aesthetic space and joyful atmosphere to readers.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the children's department.

• Manage the sales and inventory of children's department goods.

• Manage the store's books and product displays to achieve good sales results.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Establish relationships with schools, parents and other education stakeholders.

• Execute in-store children's activities and external book exhibitions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a university or college degree, with at least 3 years of experience in selling children's books or products, with management experience preferred. If academic qualifications do not meet the above requirements, work experience will be taken into consideration.

• Like reading.

• Responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skills, able to complete work goals under pressure.

• Good writing skills in Chinese and English.

• Familiarity with Chinese and English computer operations.
