<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management, employee relations & engagement.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout their tenure,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Engage in various HR & Admin tasks as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Alternative Saturday-off, PH, 12 days of AL, Medical, Bonus</p></li><li><p>Work location: Kwun Tong</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in handling all-round HR functions, preferably in a sizable company.</p></li><li><p>HR experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work efficiently under high pressure and openness to new challenges are required.</p></li><li><p>Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong.</p></li><li><p>Highly sensitive to numbers and figures and possess strong sense of HR Management and practices.</p></li><li><p>Self-driven by a positive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in communication, interpersonal interactions, and time management is crucial.</p></li><li><p>Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is required).</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing (WPM: 30+).</p></li><li><p>Immediate availability / short notice is highly preferred.</p></li></ul>
