Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management, employee relations & engagement.

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout their tenure,

• Engage in various HR & Admin tasks as assigned.

• Alternative Saturday-off, PH, 12 days of AL, Medical, Bonus

• Work location: Kwun Tong

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or related discipline.

• At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in handling all-round HR functions, preferably in a sizable company.

• HR experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently under high pressure and openness to new challenges are required.

• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong.

• Highly sensitive to numbers and figures and possess strong sense of HR Management and practices.

• Self-driven by a positive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal interactions, and time management is crucial.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is required).

• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing (WPM: 30+).

• Immediate availability / short notice is highly preferred.
