We are seeking an experienced IFASales Director to drive growth and excellence within our tied IFA network. This role offers the opportunity to shape IFA performance, implement strategic initiatives, and foster productive collaboration between field forces and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and IFAbusiness strategies and action plans to achieve production and recruitment targets.

·Monitor IFA teamperformance and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

·Facilitate strategic planning sessions within responsible regions to enhance production, recruitment, and policy persistence.

·Serve as the primary point of contact for teamenquiries to ensure seamless business operations.

·Maintain a high-quality IFA team through strategic selection and competitive recruitment offers.

·Improve collaboration and understanding between IFAteams and internal departments.

·Prepare tied teamperformance reports in accordance with local and regional requirements.

·Support the implementation of IFA teamdevelopment initiatives as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

·University graduate with a minimum of 3years of experience in the insurance/ IFA industry.

·Proven track record in project and people management.

·Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

·Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
