Assist the CEO with daily work, schedule coordination, meeting agenda and travel logistics.
Responsible for daily supplies procurement and related administrative support.
Accompany the CEO on long‑term business trips to the US, Japan, Australia and other countries as required.
Possess a valid driver’s license (driving duties are rare, but driving ability is required).
Requirements
Hold a U.S. Green Card or permanent resident in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Able to travel internationally on a long-term basis (US, Japan, Australia).
Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong coordination and communication skills.
