Responsibilities:

• Responsible for liaisingwith oversea & local suppliers and followingup procurement operations

• Prepare forecasts and purchase orders

• Maintain close relationship with suppliers to obtain optimumpricing and deliveryterms

• Ensure supplier compliance with agreed specifications and schedules

• Prepare relevant records and reports

• Other as-hoc duties / projects as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Degreeholder in Purchasing or Supply Chain disciplines

• At least 3years or above working experience in procurement and logistics operations

• Good understanding and experience ofinternational shippingprocess

• Proficientin MS office, Chinese word Processing & ERP

• Proficientin both written & spoken English, Cantonese& Mandarin

• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good team player, positive working attitude, strong initiative and able to work under pressure

• Immediate availability is preferred
