We are hiring Customer Service Managers for leading financial institutions. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience or a background in insurance. Supportive team, strong training, and long-term career growth await the right candidate.

【Job Requirements】

• Valid IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (experience in insurance or banking is acceptable)

• Candidates with insurance agent background are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, customer-focused, and a team player

• Proficient in Cantonese; basic English reading and writing skills required

【Job Duties】

• Follow up with leads provided by the company to understand client needs in insurance and financial planning

• Provide professional advice on insurance and protection solutions

• Handle basic administrative work and client inquiries

• Participate in team meetings and internal training regularly

【Salary & Benefits】

• Basic salary up to HK$26,000 (depending on experience)

• 月薪 可達 HK$26,000（視經驗而定）
