Job Description<br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. According to the customer's provided list, call the customer to inform them of the car insurance business processing flow (non-strangers);<br>2. Contact customers according to the company's required standard language and frequency:<br>3. Register with the insurance company system in a timely manner as required;<br>4. Report major complaints and important customer inquiries to the company in a timely manner;<br>5. Company external staff liaison and daily communication with partners:<br>6. Office daily maintenance: Work with property management companies, accounting companies, and secretarial companies;<br>7. Daily data statistics and reporting.<br>Requirements:<br>1. Must be a Hong Kong resident or hold a Hong Kong permanent resident card, and obtain a car insurance license within one month (not difficult, the company has a licensed person to guide) ;<br><br>3. Able to strictly follow the script and process requirements;<br>4. Office software operations are familiar;<br>Benefits<br>1. Basic salary of 15000 plus commission, MPF;<br>2. Work 8 hours from 9 am to 6 pm every day, with a 5.5-day work week;<br>3. Enjoy statutory annual leave<br>4. Work location: Central and Western District, Jaffe Road, Unified Center.
