<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for the sending, receiving, letter delivery and distribution of relevant information to ensure accurate and timely information transfer. <br>2. Organize and schedule meetings, assist in the planning and execution of company activities, handle daily administrative affairs and other related work. <br>3. Conduct office supplies procurement, manage various files, certificates and other important documents, and maintain the integrity and security of the archive. <br>4. Responsible for recruitment work, including inviting applicants, participating in selection, interview process, and personnel allocation, etc., to meet the company's talent needs. <br>5. Process employee onboarding, resignation, etc. , responsible for the signing, renewal and management of labor contracts, and assist in completing other human resources-related tasks. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. At least two years of local Hong Kong work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's local employment policies and relevant laws and regulations. <br>2. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently handle work items between multiple departments. <br>3. Proficient in office software operations, familiar with network posting skills, and able to effectively utilize various channels for recruitment publicity. <br>4. Careful and responsible, with good organizational and time management skills, able to independently complete various tasks assigned by superiors. <br>5. Able to cooperate with the Shanghai headquarters' work arrangements, those with cross-regional collaboration experience or ability are preferred.</p>
