Responsibilities and Responsibilities

1. Operating efficiency

- Ensure the daily smooth and efficient operation of the Cash Processing Center (CPC)

- Familiar with all operating procedures and ensure compliance at all times

- Daily briefing to employees on the work schedule and reasonable allocation of tasks

2. Team management and performance supervision - ensure employees follow the company's established processes to execute their work

- Regularly carry out disciplinary action, counseling, employee welfare and performance evaluation in accordance with company policies

- Schedule shift times to ensure adequate staffing and supplies are available

3. Report and document accuracy

- Check the accuracy of all operational report content

- Ensure all freight is completed on schedule

- Fill out and complete all abnormal reports in a timely manner

4.Abnormality handling and investigation

- Investigate abnormal situations and report CPC manager immediately

- Follow up on abnormal cases and properly retain related records

5.Equipment maintenance and monitoring

- Report and arrange for repairs immediately if you discover any operational or safety equipment failures

- Ensure all equipment is in good working order 6. Safety and cash management

- All integrated deposit boxes and inventory items must be properly recorded and saved before being transported to the vault

- Confirm that no cash is missing after each shift change

- Supervise the handover process and ensure that file records and signatures are complete

7. Other positions

- Execute other tasks or instructions assigned by CPC Manager from time to time
