Project Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of steel structure materials entering and leaving the warehouse in engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate supply of materials

• Follow up on procurement order process, maintain communication and coordination with suppliers and construction sites to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Organize and archive project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, delivery orders, etc. written materials

• According to project needs, drive a company vehicle to a construction site or supplier to handle material delivery matters

Work requirements

• Have at least 2 years of engineering project or materials management related work experience, familiar with steel structure materials is preferred

• Proficient in office software (such as Word, Excel), able to independently complete daily administrative work and report preparation

• Have good communication and organizational skills, and be able to effectively support project team operations

• Work attitude is serious, sense of responsibility is strong, and I can maintain work efficiency under pressure
