<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ol><li></li><li>Define and track key motivational effect indicators (such as team satisfaction, employee turnover rate, increased delivery efficiency, and decreased defect rate) ;</li><li></li><li>Responsible for team data analysis, driving continuous iteration and optimization of incentive schemes;</li><li>Based on industry and financial data, lead risk assessment and control strategy formulation; and</li><li>Other investor relations work</li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>More than five years of project management experience, those who have experience in the design of technology and financial incentives (such as payment systems, risk control platforms, digital banks, blockchain applications, etc.) will be given priority;</li><li>Must be able to speak and write fluent Mandarin and English;</li><li>Familiar with financial processes, with experience in implementing and tracking incentive plans using performance tools such as performance management software and collaboration platforms;</li><li>Have excellent communication skills, be able to clearly communicate motivation rules, goals and values; and</li><li>Applicants with cross-border/cross-cultural technical team motivation and management experience are preferred.</li></ol>
