Responsibilities - Account clerk

• Handle full set of accounts e.g. request accounting documents from clients and bookkeeping
• Good communication skills with clients and also colleagues
• Prepare financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, trial balance and general ledger independently

Responsibilities - Account Supervisor

• Supervising and leading a team of 1 to 2 colleagues
• Assign tasks to colleagues
• Review work done by colleagues
• Handle accounting and taxation enquiries from client independently
• Good communication skills with clients and also colleagues
• Handle full set of accounts e.g. request accounting documents from clients and bookkeeping
• Prepare financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, trial balance and general ledger independently

Requirements

• Higher/Advanced diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year (Account clerk) / 3 years (Account Supervisor) or above solid accounting experience in auditing or accounting firm
• Strong PC skills especially proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Detail-oriented, accurate, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong sense of logical and responsibility
