Position: Social Media Associate (Insurance Company)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies specifically for the Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) platform, focusing on the domestic market.

2. Create engaging content tailored to the Xiaohongshu audience, including text, images, and short videos that align with brand voice and objectives.

3. Analyze platform trends and user behavior to optimize content performance and increase brand visibility.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

5. Manage community engagement by responding to user comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on Chinese platforms like Xiaohongshu.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics.

3. Excellent written and visual content creation skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

4. Proficient in Mandarin and familiar with cultural nuances of the Chinese market.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
