<p>Job Overview:</p><p>As a large customer business manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships in the Hong Kong region, driving business growth. You will leverage your KA service experience and sales skills to provide customers with solutions while achieving the company's business growth and revenue targets.</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Develop and implement a large customer sales strategy for the Hong Kong market to achieve business growth and market share improvement.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting potential customers into long-term partners.</li><li>Maintain and deepen relationships with existing large customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Collaborate with product, market and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide the best possible customer experience.</li><li>Prepare and present sales proposals, including business cases and customized solution.</li><li>Manage sales pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of sales opportunities.</li><li>Collect market and customer feedback to provide data support for product development and market strategy.</li><li>Regularly report business progress to management, including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.</li></ol><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, computer science or related fields.</li><li>Have at least 8 years of experience in large customer sales or business development, with experience in KA service.</li><li><strong><u>Have at least 5 years of local Hong Kong SaaS/software/retail technology industry sales or customer success experience.</u></strong></li><li>Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and internal team members of different levels.</li><li>Strong business awareness and market analysis ability, able to identify and exploit market opportunities.</li><li>Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li></ol><p></p><p>We provide:</p><ol><li>Competitive salary and bonus plan.</li><li> Broad career development space and promotion opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with a first-class team to drive business growth together.</li><li>Abundant training and development resources to support your career growth.</li></ol>
