Duties include:

1. Responsible for high-end reception of domestic and foreign important customers and partners, and building a professional brand image.

2. Coordinate business meetings, forums and large-scale event planning and on-site execution.

3. Assist in maintaining core customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth progress of reception and conference services.

5. Serve overseas customers fluently in English and be able to handle cross-cultural business scenarios.

6. Manage and welcome related suppliers, optimize service quality and cost.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, hotel management, tourism, foreign language, administration Relevant professional is preferred.

2. 5 years of high-end VIP reception, conference or top hotel industry experience.

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese or other foreign language is even better.

4. Good image and temperament, familiar with international business etiquette, and strong service awareness.

5. Have excellent communication, coordination and on-site crisis management skills.

6. Can handle high-pressure multitasking, be meticulous and responsible in your work.
