Job Description

Wallet and account management

· Responsible for the daily management, permission setting, and secure operation of the company's encrypted cryptocurrency wallet, exchange account, and over-the-counter (OTC) trading channel.

· Execute wallet address management, monitor account status, and securely store login information to ensure company assets are safe.

Chain-based fund operations and approval

· Responsible for approving and executing chain-based withdrawal, transfer, fund collection, and refund operations, carefully verifying the address, amount, chain type, and note information.

Stablecoin exchange and funds settlement

· Responsible for USDT/USDC and other stablecoin exchange business, complete the receipt, release of coins, verification and confirmation work according to the established process.

Check and reconcile bank statements

· Daily check all fund flows through the company wallet, exchange, over-the-counter (OTC) channel and cooperation channel.

· Complete the reconciliation of accounts and actual funds, identify and record any discrepancies, and follow up on abnormal situations to ensure that accounts and funds are in agreement.

· Daily compilation of fund daily report, asset balance sheet and reconciliation statement, clearly reflecting the asset situation of various channels.

Compliance and risk control

· Strictly abide by the company's fund management system, Web3 industry risk control rules and Hong Kong's relevant regulatory requirements (such as VASP licensing system, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations).

· Monitor large-scale, high-frequency and abnormal transactions, promptly report potential risks, and cooperate with the completion of KYC/AML verification and related document archiving.

Other responsibilities

· Complete other fund settlements, reconciliation, statements and Web3 fund-related work assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Experience background

· Have experience in cashiering, fund management, settlement or financial related work.

· Candidates with Web3, virtual assets, stablecoin exchange or exchange/wallet fund operations experience are preferred.

Professional skills

· Familiar with Hong Kong's multi-currency settlement and cross-border payment processes, and understand the funding operation mode of the Web3 industry.

· Familiar with mainstream public chains (such as Ethereum, TRON, etc.) wallet operations, using blockchain browsers to query transactions, and exchange backend functions.

· Proficient in Excel for data processing, ledger establishment, reconciliation statement preparation, and daily cash flow reporting, with basic financial accounting skills.

Compliance and language skills

· Understand Hong Kong's regulatory framework for virtual assets and its basic requirements for anti-money laundering (AML), with a compliance awareness.

· Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.

Personal qualities

· Trustworthy, principled, highly vigilant of funds safety, meticulous and responsible in work, and extremely strong sense of responsibility.

· Have good stress resistance, able to adapt to the real-time processing of funds in the Web3 industry, and be able to respond quickly to sudden situations.
