What You'll Be Doing
· Handle daily sales order input and follow up on failed or rejected orders.
· Liaise closely with the Sales team to provide ordering and administrative support.
· Handle incoming calls, voice messages, and customer complaints professionally.
· Coordinate with the Logistics Team on daily operation needs.
· Assist in general customer service and administrative duties as required.
· Work on alternate Saturdays
What We're Looking For
· Form 5 / DSE or above.
· Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, administration, logistics, or related fields.
· Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
· Positive, customer‑focused attitude with willingness to learn.
· Fresh graduates will also be considered.
