1. Work content: <br>1. According to the company's sales needs and inventory situation, assist in formulating purchasing plans and completing purchasing processing; (quotation, comparison, ordering, and follow-up)<br>2. Follow up on procurement order execution progress, coordinate logistics to complete the inventory process;<br>3. Process procurement order exceptions (such as delayed delivery, quality disputes, etc.), provide timely feedback and drive resolution. <br>4. Maintain existing supplier resources and assist in the development of new suppliers, optimize supplier resources;<br>5. Timely communication with various departments to ensure smooth and error-free procurement process;<br>6. Sort and input updated purchase contracts, orders, etc. Ensure that file data is complete;<br><br>II. Employment Requirements: <br>1. Familiar with procurement operations, with 1 to 2 years of procurement experience, those with import cosmetics and health supplements experience are preferred;<br>2.
