<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> :</p><p>1. Manage end-to-end operational processes: data maintenance, trade verification & settlement, cash management, reconciliation (positions/cash), registry services, and periodic reporting (regulatory/audit), ensuring compliance and accuracy. </p><p>2. Handle subscription/redemption cash flows and monitor liquidity with custodians. </p><p>3. Liaise with custodians, fund administrators (FA), and other vendors to ensure service quality, conduct periodic reviews. </p><p>4. Support new fund launches, product closures, and innovation initiatives, coordinate UAT and operational workflows. </p><p>5. Assist in operational projects, data analysis, and process improvements as assigned. <strong>Requirements</strong> :</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Finance, Law, Management, or related field preferred. </p><p>2. 3+ years in asset management, investment banking, or commercial banking (fund accounting, custody, trade settlement).</p><p>3. Solid knowledge of fund operations, able to work independently under pressure. </p><p>4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Bloomberg Terminal. </p><p>5. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), with professional report-writing skills.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong> :</p><p>1. Responsible for the daily operation of public funds, including data maintenance, transaction verification and settlement, fund transfer, holding and fund reconciliation, share registration, and periodic report preparation (such as supervisory statements, audit materials), ensuring business efficiency and accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. </p><p>2. Process fund application and redemption funds, coordinate with custodian banks to complete fund transfer and liquidity monitoring. </p><p>3. Interface with custodian banks, fund administrators (FA) and other external institutions, monitor their service quality, regularly evaluate performance and drive improvement. </p><p>4. Participate in the issuance of new funds, product termination and innovation function landing, coordinate internal teams and external institutions to complete system testing and process deployment. </p><p>5. Assist in handling temporary projects, data analysis, and process optimization related to operations. </p><p> <strong>Job Requirements</strong> :</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, audit, finance, law, management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred. </p><p>2. More than 3 years of experience in asset management companies, investment banks or commercial banks (fund accounting, custody, trade settlement, etc.).</p><p>3. Familiar with the entire fund operation process, able to handle multiple tasks independently and adapt to high-intensity work. </p><p>4. Proficient in using Excel, Word and Bloomberg Terminal (Bloomberg) to query market data.</p><p>5. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English, able to write Chinese and English operating reports.</p>
