We are now looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager for our client, an business solutions provider.

Responsibilities:

• To expand our outreach, build confidence, demonstrate the company’s commitment to clients and prospects, and manage existing client’s relationship;
• Farming / value-add to existing accounts, cross-sell and up-sell our Support and Professional Services to generate business opportunities and increase revenue;
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationship with clients and business partners;
• Develop account plans for assigned accounts and support the Sales team to identify new business opportunities;
• Support new sales deal on bidding process and sales proposals.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management disciplines;
• Experience of support or professional sales related customer service, client management or service delivery experience;
• Knowledge of Big Data, BI and AI Solution will be an advantage;
• Aggressive and self-motivated; able to work independently;
• Good presentation and inter-personal skill, good team player;
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English.
