<p>Job Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Tradebeyond platform enhancements and new features</li><li>Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams using process models, use cases, and user stories</li><li>Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes within the Tradebeyond ecosystem to identify improvement opportunities</li><li>Support end-to-end testing activities by defining test scenarios, validating system behavior, and ensuring alignment with business objectives</li><li>Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions on the Tradebeyond platform</li></ul><p><br> Requirements </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst</li><li>Familiarity with B2B commerce platforms, supply chain operations, or product lifecycle management systems, especially in fashion or retail industries</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations</li></ul>
