Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily patrols, entry and exit registration, and safety monitoring of residential properties to ensure public area order and safety in the building

• Assist the property management office with rental support work, including lease document processing, rent collection record, and unit handover inspection

• Execute cleaning and facility operation status inspections, report abnormalities immediately and follow up on improvement situations

• Cantonese must be fluent, able to handle resident communication and written records independently in Cantonese; those with basic Mandarin and English listening and speaking abilities are preferred

• Have at least one year of practical work experience in property management, security services or related fields

• Strong understanding, able to accurately receive instructions and proactive execution, and able to complete daily responsibilities independently without frequent supervision

• Appearance is clean and well-proportioned, meeting the image requirements of property front-line positions; have good service awareness and professional ethics

• Monthly salary of HKD 17,967, paid monthly, with a clear and transparent salary structure

• Provide Hong Kong work visa support, with the employer fully responsible for application fees and co-ordination procedures

• Provide employee accommodation, with accommodation expenses deducted at 10% of the monthly salary (i.e. HKD1,796.7 per month)

• Enjoy statutory public holidays, paid annual leave and sick leave, and be protected by the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

• After working for a year, you may receive a year-end bonus, depending on the company's annual operating performance and your personal evaluation
