Job Responsibilities
Financial Strategy Planning and Execution: Based on the company's overall development strategy, formulate financial strategic plans for the Hong Kong region and cross-regional operations, including budget management, capital allocation, and investment & financing strategies. Drive the implementation of these strategies to ensure financial goals align with the company's strategic objectives. Closely monitor dynamics of Hong Kong's financial market, changes in tax policies and regulatory laws, and adjust financial strategies in a timely manner to optimize the company's financial structure.
Financial Team Management: Establish and improve the organizational structure of the group financial team. Be responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning of team members to build an efficient and professional financial team.
Financial Accounting and Reporting: Supervise and guide financial accounting work to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting information, in strict compliance with Accounting Standards and relevant laws and regulations. Prepare financial statements and management reports on time, providing reliable financial data support to the company's management, shareholders, and external regulatory authorities.
Capital Management and Risk Control: Overall manage the company's capital, formulate capital management plans, allocate funds rationally, ensure capital security and liquidity, and optimize capital utilization efficiency. Establish and improve a financial risk early warning mechanism and internal control system to identify, assess, and mitigate various financial risks such as market risk, credit risk, and exchange rate risk, ensuring the stable financial operation of the company.
Tax Planning and Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth research and cross-border tax policies, formulate legal and compliant tax planning plans to reduce the company's tax costs and prevent tax risks. Be responsible for tax declaration, payment, and tax audit work to ensure the company's tax compliance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and External Liaison: Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal business departments and branches in other regions, providing financial support and professional advice to facilitate business development. Liaise with external entities such as local government departments, regulatory authorities, audit firms, and banks, handle various financial-related matters, and maintain the company's good external image.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields. Priority will be given to candidates holding international authoritative accounting qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA. Familiar with Hong Kong's business culture, laws, and regulations.
2. More than 10 years of working experience in the financial field, with at least 5 years of experience in senior financial management positions.
3. Familiar with Hong Kong Accounting Standards, tax regulations, financial market, and investment & financing environment.
4. Proficient in professional knowledge, such as budget management, capital management, and tax planning. Possess excellent financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
5. Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and coordination skills, capable of effectively organizing the team to complete various tasks and ability to work under pressure.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
