<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for leading an after-school homework assistance group, guiding secondary school students in Tseung Kwan O to complete their daily assignments</li><li>Provide individualized learning support, including homework help and study skills guidance</li><li>Assist students in previewing and reviewing test and exam content, and improving academic performance</li><li>Maintain good order during class and create a focused and positive learning atmosphere</li><li>Stay in communication with other instructors and administrators to ensure teaching progress and student progress are synchronized</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>College degree or above, current college students are also welcome to apply</li><li>Have good Chinese expression skills, be able to clearly explain various knowledge</li><li>Punctual and responsible, enthusiastic about education work, and highly responsible</li><li>Have good communication skills, able to build positive interactions with students</li><li>Patience, love, and the ability to adjust teaching methods to different student personalities</li></ul><p> Benefits</p><ul><li>Hourly rate $90 - $120, depending on education and experience</li><li>Stable weekly working hours, Monday to Thursday 2:45 to 5:45, Friday 2:30 to 5:30</li><li>Teaching in the Tseung Kwan O area, location is convenient</li></ul>
