• In-depth understanding of the customer's existing MPF situation, including contribution records, cumulative asset size and historical performance of investment portfolios

• Assess the client's risk tolerance, financial situation, retirement age goals, and life expectancy, and develop a personalized retirement savings analysis plan

• Combine macro market trends, fund category characteristics and customer life cycle stages, conduct professional risk analysis, and propose targeted investment allocation advice

• Assist customers in screening MPF fund combinations that meet their risk properties, liquidity needs and retirement timeline to optimize long-term capital appreciation potential and retirement income stability

• Regularly review customer account performance (such as annualized return, volatility, relative benchmark performance, etc.), adjust asset allocation strategy in a timely manner based on actual progress and environmental changes, and ensure steady progress in retirement planning

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business management or related sciences; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no relevant work experience required

• Familiar with the Hong Kong MPF system framework, trustee responsibilities, fund types (such as stock, bond, hybrid, target date funds, etc.) and regulatory requirements (such as MPF Guideline)

• Have basic financial analysis skills, be able to interpret personal income and expenditure structure, assets and liabilities situation and risk preference questionnaire results, and independently complete customer risk assessment reports

• Have excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills, and be able to clearly and patiently explain investment concepts, fee structures, risk-return relationships, etc. to customers of different backgrounds

• Highly value customer service quality and data privacy principles, sense of responsibility, empathy, and integrity, and strive to build long-term trust relationships
