Main responsibilities:

1. Strictly enforce regular preventive maintenance plans for commercial central air conditioning systems (including chillers, air-cooled heat pumps, VAV variable air volume systems, air conditioning pumps, etc.).

2. According to the standard operating procedure, carry out equipment inspection, clean the condenser/evaporator, lubricate, replace the filter, check the refrigerant pressure and top up, adjust the system control parameters, etc., and accurately fill out the maintenance report.

3. Use professional instruments (such as infrared thermometers, anemometers, and ammeters) to test and diagnose system performance, identify potential failure risks, and propose warnings and improvement suggestions.

4. Assist engineers in conducting system energy conservation optimization, control upgrade, etc. small improvement projects.

5. Quickly and professionally respond to customers’ daily technical inquiries, provide solutions and follow-up services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans for commercial central air-conditioning systems (including chillers, air-cooled heat pumps, VAV systems, AHUs, water pumps, etc.).

2. Perform equipment inspection, coil cleaning, lubrication, filter replacement, refrigerant pressure check & top-up, system control parameter adjustment, and accurately complete maintenance reports according to SOPs.

3. Conduct system performance testing and diagnostics using professional tools (e.g., infrared cameras, anemometers, clamp meters) to identify potential failures and provide improvement recommendations.

4. Assist engineers in small-scale improvement projects such as energy-saving optimization and control system upgrades.

5. Respond promptly and professionally to clients' daily technical inquiries, providing solutions and follow-up services.

6. Strictly adhere to all site safety regulations and environmental guidelines, ensuring high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

• Second 3 or above, holding a validElectrician A licenseandRefrigeration Technician License (R1/R2)​ Priority will be given to those with experience.

• At least two years of commercial air conditioning system maintenance-related experience, familiar with Trane, York, Carrier, Daikin, etc. mainstream brand chiller operators are preferred.

• Able to read and understand air conditioning system block diagrams, pipe diagrams and circuit diagrams.

• Have good independent work ability and team spirit.

• Preference will be given to those with valid Hong Kong driving licenses (1 and 2 categories).

Requirements:

• Form 3 or above. Possession of valid Grade A Electrical Worker License​ and Refrigeration Technician License (R1/R2)​ is highly preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial AC system maintenance. Familiarity with major brands (Trane, York, Carrier, Daikin) is an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret AC system schematic diagrams, piping layouts, and electrical drawings.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, with a strong focus on customer service.

• Good independent working ability and a team player.

• Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage.
