Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
· Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
· Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
· Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
· Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
· Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.
Requirements:
· Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies.
· 1-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry or digital platforms with solid software testing experience.
· Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
· Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
· Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
· Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
